I'm Ron Polka Jr., a Design Leader and Strategist with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of human behavior, business strategy, and design craft.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: when organizations genuinely understand and empathize with the people they serve, they unlock the ability to create experiences that are not only more human — they're more effective.

I've led design at the enterprise level across healthcare, financial services, and technology — partnering with C-suite leaders, product teams, and frontline workers alike to build experience strategies that create lasting change.

Beyond the work itself, I'm passionate about building design culture. I've mentored hundreds of designers, established design systems used by thousands of people, and helped organizations transform how they think about their customers and employees.

When I'm not doing all of that, I'm probably on a tennis court or exploring what makes a great cup of coffee.
